Product Description
This machine is mainly used in the molding work of fiberglass reinforcement resin cutting and depressed grinding wheel. The cold/thermo-compression craft, disposition nominal pressure and molding way can be deployed according to the customer's requirement.

Application:
1. Use for making 100-230mm cutting wheel and depressed grinding wheel.
2. Use irrigation plastic flexible mould, loading the material by weight, molding by mould, spreading material by slightly lift of scraper. It can use a set of mould to make the grinding wheel in different thickness
3. Adopt pushing the mould by cylinder to realize the mould cycle moving on every working place.
4. It uses the pusher type structure and distributes various working places on the rectangular circulatory work table. So it can realize automatic working procedure of spreads material, roast net, press net, molding, and unload mould and so on.
